Hotel Tara, Puri – Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below before making a booking:

1. Free Cancellation
   • Some bookings may be eligible for free cancellation up to a certain number of days or hours before check-in. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
2. Partial Refund
   • If you cancel after the free cancellation window, a cancellation fee may apply, and only a portion of the booking amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
   • Discounted and special-rate bookings are strictly non-refundable. In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
4. No-Show Policy
   • If a guest does not arrive without prior cancellation, the full booking amount or one night’s fee (whichever applicable) will be charged.
5. Standard Cancellation Terms
   • Cancellation before 7 days of check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded, or the full amount can be adjusted against a future booking.
   • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: No refund or booking adjustment will be allowed.
6. Group Booking Policy
   • For group bookings or bookings made through an ID advance payment, once the advance is paid, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
